Dr. John Lupovici
Dr. John Lupovici was born and raised in New York City where he attended Riverdale Country School. He went on to earn his Bachelors of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. Dr. Lupovici returned home to attend New York University College of Dentistry. After receiving his D.D.S., he continued his studies and earned his certificate of specialty in Periodontology. Dr. Lupovici completed a rigorous written and oral exam process to attain the level of Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
While at NYU, he participated in numerous research studies, which resulted in his being awarded three Dean’s Student Research awards. Dr Lupovici also received first place in the American Dental Association/NYU Research Day Competition for his work. He represents the University presenting to his peers on the National and International platform.
Dr. Lupovici believes keeping current on advances in his profession is imperative to his success. He also believes in devoting his time in giving back to the profession. That is why Dr. Lupovici currently maintains a faculty position at New York University’s Department of Periodontics as well as Implant Dentistry, one of the foremost programs internationally.
Dr. Lupovici’s mission is to provide the best standard of care utilizing the most up to date techniques and methods available. Whether it’s to maintain existing dentition or restore a deficient patient to their optimum oral health.
